If you request a return due to personal preference (e.g., color or style not meeting expectations), the buyer will be responsible for the related return shipping costs.
If the item itself has a serious manufacturing defect, or is severely damaged during transportation due to rough handling by the courier, we will fully cover your return shipping costs and process a full refund.
