Due to company restructuring and ongoing losses, we have decided to clear out our inventory at a loss. During this special period, we are committed to maintaining high-standard logistics and delivery services to ensure that every clearance item reaches your home quickly. As inventory is being cleared rapidly, we recommend that you monitor your order status after placing it.
1. Shipping Destinations
To ensure delivery efficiency and quality, our store currently only supports orders within the United States. We do not currently support shipping to addresses outside the United States or to international transit centers.
2. Order Processing Time
We understand your eagerness to receive your green decorations to adorn your home. For all orders placed on weekdays, we promise to process them on the same day.
The order processing process includes product quality inspection, meticulous packaging, and data entry. If your order is paid for within a business day, we will transfer it to our partner logistics and courier center on the same day.
3. Estimated Shipping Time
We currently utilize efficient ground logistics services. After shipment from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 2 business days.
Note: The above times are standard estimated times. Actual delivery times depend on the delivery area and the actual operations of our logistics partners.
4. Partner Shipping Carriers
We understand that hanging plant decorations and their stands are fragile items. Therefore, we have carefully selected partners with stable service and extensive logistics networks throughout the United States, including:
USPS (United States Postal Service): Fast delivery for small to medium-sized packages.
UPS/FedEx: Provides more secure delivery services for larger or reinforced packaging of plant decorations.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your package’s status in real time through the corresponding courier’s website.
5. Shipping Notices
Address Confirmation: Please ensure your shipping address (including house number and postal code) is correct when placing your order. The merchant will not be responsible for delivery delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
Clearance Sale After-Sales Policy: As this is a clearance sale at a loss, if your package arrives severely damaged due to rough handling, please take photos of the outer packaging and damaged goods within 48 hours and contact our customer service team to report the issue. We will provide you with appropriate replacement or refund processing.
