A: Even during this clearance sale, we maintain extremely high delivery standards. Orders will be processed and shipped on the same day of payment, with an estimated delivery time of 2 business days. Delivery is only available within the United States.
Q3: What should I do if I find the product damaged upon receipt?
A: Hanging ornaments are delicate handicrafts. If you find damage due to transportation after receiving your package, please take photos and email them to barry.noonkester@ladlehub.shop within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.

A: Although we have a strict 30-day return policy, due to this clearance sale, we do not recommend frequent returns or exchanges based on personal preference unless there are issues with product quality or transportation damage. Please carefully check the style and size before placing your order.
